i went to weight watchers this morning. i lost 1.8 pounds this week to bring me to a total of 10.4 pounds lost. whoop! and to celebrate, i treated myself to this ...
is that bad? it was a craving that i had to fulfill to get past it. not a bad thing. now i'm over it. but it was oh-so-yummy. so if, next week, i gain or don't lose hardly anything, remind me of that tasty little donut that i just had to have today. don't be too harsh though.

I have done weight watchers (a few times I am ashamed to say) and one thing that I have noticed is that if you have a super strong craving and you eat that item to satisfy it...not going overboard but just an occasional thing...it actually keeps you going stronger! Not only in motivation, but for some reason your body's metabloism seems to kick it in high gear and devour it and you will be suprised that you won't gain. NOW REMEMBER, this ONLY is when it is an occasional thing and not an all the time thing...but I think you will be suprised at next weigh in. Let me know how the next week goes!
