Day 95
These were our nighttime oils tonight. Seems like so much, but for 3 kids it covered all of our ailments - tummy ache, runny nose, allergies, sleep (x3).

Day 84 - Stress Away
I absolutely don't claim to have a stressful life. We live simple. I stay home and play with kids all day. We are healthy. We come and go as we please. My stress comes from my children and the role of a mother that I have. I'm absolutely not complaining about that, I just want you to know where my stress does come from. I allow myself to get stressed out when I go to bed without the kitchen clean, then wake up and have to move things around in order to make breakfast.
Or when my son screams throughout the entire store. Or when my son stands at the pantry screaming for more food when I just got done shoveling half of the pantry into his pie hole. He IS a picky eater, but when he finds what he likes, he eats it all. I get stressed about silly things. And I'm thankful for that actually.
This little green roller is my best friend in my not-so stressful, but stressful enough for me life that I lead. When I feel myself getting worked up because my son just emptied out the trash can or because he's screaming at me for the 500th time in the last 5 minutes, I just roll on this special essential oil behind my ears and take a big whiff and I'm good to go. It seriously works fast and smells so good! I take it everywhere I go! Traffic - roll it on. Screaming kids - roll it on. Deadline at work - roll it on. Paying bills - roll it on.

Day 62
This girl has been a little under the weather the last few days. She just has a cough that we can't shake. We are using oils constantly, which I truly believe has kept her cough from getting worse and developing into bronchitis like it usually does. No doctor visits, no antibiotics, no breathing treatments. All essential oils. I'm so very thankful we discovered this option for healing.
