. and so it begins .

we've known for a week or so that sweet baby was able to pull up and stand.  she kept her new trick limited only to when she was in her bed though, until now.  and i knew the time would come when i would have to re-baby proof everything, but little did i know it would have to happen before sweet baby was even 8 months old.

now i know that she can pull up to karsyn's little table, grab her lunch, and enjoy ...

so she had a little treat.  what's it to ya?  she sure enjoyed it.  karsyn, on the other hand, did not like little sister eating her lunch.  in fact, she screamed like a school girl making me think something terrible had happened.  and seriously, i turned my back for a second.

and, for you curious minds, this made for bath #2 today.  it's looking like today is going to be a 3 bath kind of day for my gals.

{ sweetly southern (and being pregnant) }

Sweetlysouthern

i must agree with dayna.  this stuff is de-licious. when ice cream shopping, i usually go for the plain ole' strawberry, but my pregnancy cravings ran over that one and headed straight for my southern roots.  it didn't quite taste like granny's blackberry cobbler, but it runs a close race.  now if it only had granny's crust.

on the pregnancy side of things, i do crave sweets more than normal this go round.  not too much, but more than normal.  i can tell a huge difference in this pregnancy than when i was carrying karsyn.  for one, i was still puking for another 3 months with her.  boy am i glad that's over.  the next big difference ... my crater face.  it feels like the surface of the moon, no kidding.  no matter how much i wash or what products i use, i break out.  i feel like a dang teenager again.  with karsyn, my skin was smooth.  milky almost and my hair wasn't too shabby itself.  must be what boys do to you, eh?  that is, if i truly am having a boy this time.  Lord help us all.
