my favorite man is back in action. two-a-days started last week so our time with him now is limited, but still so special. our last few days haven't been so exciting as karsyn has a double ear infection, running fever, and has a sinus infection. we're on antibiotics and breathing treatments hoping to knock it out in just a few days.
i go to the doctor again on thursday. i'll be 16 weeks. can you believe it? it's going by quickly, but creeping by at the same time. i wish it was january, but we won't let our time with just one child sneak past us to quickl, that's for sure. i'm no longer nauseated, which makes for much better days at the hill house.
and lastly, we are thoroughly enjoying the olympics. my favorite man and i have always been huge sports fans, so we love every minute of these two weeks. what makes it even better for me though is one of my hometown boys is competing. that's right. straight from lavernia, texas. dusty jonas will be competing in the high jump. root him on! he is ranked #1 in the world, but came in 6th at the olympic trials. it's really cool just to say that i know someone there and hopefully we can watch him on tv. look for him folks! root him to a gold.
