can anyone teach me how to sew? i have a sewing machine and need a hobby. i think i could make some fun things. i have ideas. so, if you can teach me ... hollar!
You can probably get some basic knowledge from Granny Sanders while you are there. God knows she made enough "girl" clothes while she was raising the 6 of us!
If we lived near eachother I could teach you. :) But it's really easy to learn. The hardest part is finding the size for your measurements and cutting out the pattern correctly. Is there a Hancock Fabrics or JoAnn Fabrics near you? They usually offer classes for beginners.
